This means that only you are going to be the one deciding what is important for you and what works for your lifestyle. Mid-West Metabolic Health is not a program where we just lecture or teach you about exercise, physical activity and nutritional facts. It attempts to apply healthy changes to your personal circumstances, tailoring the program to you and your needs. When you sign up, you will be provided with a personal workbook to work through. The program is designed to give you assistance, tools and strategies to make changes to your lifestyle.
