Perimenopause and menopause is a bitch! They drop pies on the waistline like a path in a snowstorm. In an effort to motivate ourselves into eating a little more lovingly we have an online, two day planned self love fest, involving good food, safe snacks, light walks and calm meditations.

  • A 2 day meal plan (include snacks)
  • Shopping list
  • Explanation for why she chose those meals and aim of the plan
  • A live prepping session on Sunday 14 April, 2.30pm - max 2 hours (We'll record it for those who can't make it)

  • A LIGHT self-love morning routine
  • Walking meditation
  • Walking playlist
  • Breakfast webinar (Tanya to attend as well)
  • A facebook group – for sharing ideas and resources
