Initial Consult - 50 minutes
During the initial consultation, I spend 50-60 minutes conducting a comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle assessment to understand your individual needs. Additionally, I offer education on any specific concerns you may have, ensuring you feel informed and empowered to make positive changes.
Follow up/Review - 30 minutes
During a 30-minute follow-up session, I review your progress and provide updated guidance or adjustments to your existing goals. We focus on what has worked well, what challenges you may have faced, and refine your plan to ensure it remains effective and aligned with your needs. This session is an opportunity to continuously improve upon your goals and keep you on track toward achieving optimal health.

Tailored 7 Day Meal Plan with Recipes: As part of my service, I offer a 7-day personalised meal plan tailored to your nutritional needs and goals. This plan includes balanced, easy-to-follow recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, designed to support your health while fitting into your lifestyle. Each meal plan is created with your preferences and dietary requirements in mind, providing variety and ensuring you enjoy nutritious, delicious meals throughout the week.
Chronic Disease Management Plan: 30-minute bulk bill with a GAP fee (Australia).

Continual Glucose Monitoring Set up and Plan (Viverly): The use of a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) can be highly beneficial for clients who are prediabetic and require guidance around their food intake. By providing real-time data on blood sugar levels, a CGM helps clients better understand how different foods impact their glucose levels, enabling more informed decisions about their diet. This personalised feedback can support clients in achieving better blood sugar control and ultimately reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes through more tailored and effective nutritional strategies.
