Initial consult - 50 minutes

During the initial consultation, I spend 50-60 minutes conducting a comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle assessment to understand your individual needs. I provide personalised suggestions on the best way forward, helping you develop a plan that aligns with your goals. Additionally, I offer education on any specific concerns you may have, ensuring you feel informed and empowered to make positive changes.

 

Follow up/Review - 40 minutes

 

During a 40-minute follow-up session, I review your progress and provide updated guidance or adjustments to your existing goals. We focus on what has worked well, what challenges you may have faced, and refine your plan to ensure it remains effective and aligned with your needs. This session is an opportunity to continuously improve upon your goals and keep you on track toward achieving optimal health.

Tailored 7 Day Meal Plan with Recipes: As part of my service, I offer a 7-day personalised meal plan tailored to your nutritional needs and goals. This plan includes balanced, easy-to-follow recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, designed to support your health while fitting into your lifestyle. Each meal plan is created with your preferences and dietary requirements in mind, providing variety and ensuring you enjoy nutritious, delicious meals throughout the week.

Chronic disease management plan: 30-minute bulk bill with a GAP fee (Australia).

Genetic Health Test - DNA Core test: A nutrition DNA genetic test is a type of test that analyzes a person’s genetic makeup to provide insights into how their body responds to different foods, nutrients, and dietary patterns. By examining specific genetic variations (also known as single nucleotide polymorphisms or SNPs), the test can offer personalised recommendations for optimising nutrition and overall health.

Continual Glucose monitoring set up and plan: The use of a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) can be highly beneficial for clients who are prediabetic and require guidance around their food intake. By providing real-time data on blood sugar levels, a CGM helps clients better understand how different foods impact their glucose levels, enabling more informed decisions about their diet. This personalised feedback can support clients in achieving better blood sugar control and ultimately reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes through more tailored and effective nutritional strategies.

Personalised Nutrition and Health Coaching

Six sessions of health coaching designed around your health condition of concern.

A 6-week nutritional coaching session offers clients personalized guidance and ongoing support to help them achieve their health goals. Through tailored meal plans and regular check-ins, clients receive accountability and learn how to make sustainable changes to their eating habits. The program provides valuable nutrition education, empowering clients to understand how their food choices impact their overall well-being. During the 6 weeks, progress is monitored, and goals are adjusted to ensure success, creating a structured approach to reaching health milestones. By the end of the coaching, clients develop lasting, healthy habits that can be maintained independently.​

 

I provide the following:

  • 5 follow-up sessions (30 minutes) over a 5- week period

  • Create a basic nutritional plan and outline 

  • Recipes 

  • Weekly email correspondence and support

Ketogenic / Low Carb Therapy

A 6-week ketogenic coaching plan offers clients tailored support to transition into and maintain a ketogenic lifestyle. Through personalized meal plans and regular check-ins, clients receive accountability and learn how to properly manage their carbohydrate intake while focusing on healthy fats and proteins. The coaching sessions provide valuable education on the science of ketosis, how it affects energy levels, and how to avoid common pitfalls like the “keto flu.” Progress is monitored throughout the program, with adjustments made to ensure clients stay in ketosis and achieve their health goals, such as weight loss, improved energy, blood glucose management etc.. By the end of the plan, clients will have developed the skills to sustain a ketogenic diet and make it a lasting part of their lifestyle.​
