Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM)

What it is: A small wearable device that tracks your blood sugar levels 24/7.

 

Why it's great for the program:
This isn’t guesswork — it’s real-time data showing exactly how your body responds to food, stress, exercise, and sleep. Participants can literally see the effect of a meal or a walk on their glucose levels. That means I can personalise nutrition advice in a way that’s normally only possible in clinical settings. It’s empowering, eye-opening, and helps participants make smarter choices with immediate feedback.

Genetic Testing

What it is: A pin prick collection of your blood that looks at your DNA to understand your predispositions.

 

Why it's great for the program:

This goes beyond surface-level health. It can reveal how someone metabolises fats, carbs, or caffeine, how well they detox, what nutrients they may need more of, or how they respond to exercise. It adds a whole extra layer of personalisation to the program — no fads, just science-backed strategies aligned with your unique biology

Smart Body Composition Scale

What it is: A digital scale that tracks weight, body fat %, muscle mass, hydration, visceral fat, metabolic age and more.

 

Why it's great for the program:

Because weight alone doesn’t tell the full story. This scale helps participants see what’s really changing — like building muscle or reducing harmful visceral fat — even when the number on the scale doesn’t budge. It encourages body-confidence and smarter goals. Plus, regular check-ins keep people motivated and accountable.

eCal Machine (Indirect Calorimeter)

This is currently only available for participants in the Perth (Western Australia) region as it needs to be done in-person with a professional

What it is: A clinical-grade device that measures your resting metabolic rate — how many calories your body burns at rest.

No more relying on average formulas or apps. This gives a precise baseline for each person’s metabolism, which is crucial for tailoring a fat-loss or reset program. It helps avoid under-eating or over-exercising by showing exactly how much energy someone needs. It’s like having your own metabolic fingerprint.
