My Story

 

I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years. I started out as a Cordon Bleu chef then decided I wanted to help people improve their health. I went on to study dietetics, nutrition, personal training and pilates as I felt I needed to understand how the human body worked as a whole.

​

I completed my Masters in Dietetics and Human Nutrition in 2017, followed by completing an IFM (Institute of Functional Medicine) course which helped give me more insight and tools to improve my clients health outcomes, long-term.

​

The best approach towards health, is having a health coach who walks the journey with you. I am that health coach, who will walk with you, encourage you and give you information along the way to make your journey a success.
